Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy, then put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and security are as important to us as they are to you. We promise never to pass your e-mail or other details onto any other company. We accept most major credit and debit cards, however if you don't want to send your card details online, simply select the 'Raise Purchase Order' option from the payment methods at the checkout and you can then raise an order through our accounts department. (Please note only approved members can take this option)

Pricing

All prices shown on the site do not include VAT which is charged at the prevailing rate. This is currently 15%. The prices shown are in Pounds Sterling.

 

Delivery Times

We process your order right away. Most orders are delivered within 5 - 7 working days in the UK. We aim to ship stock items within 48hrs from receipt of order/payment. Upon Despatch delivery is by courier and is shipped on an end of next working day basis.

All orders over £100.00 come with free delivery in the UK mainland. Carriage is charged for overseas customers. Overseas customers who wish to purchase should send us an enquiry of the items they wish to purchase a unique account code will be allocated for that purchase showing the delivery pricing. Returns

Please contact to obtain a returns order number as this ensures your returns will be dealt with promptly. Returns will only be accepted with a complete returns order number. All returns must be accompanied by a description of the fault and invoice/receipt/proof of purchase. Any items found to be not faulty will be returned to you.

In the event of an item not being suitable for your application and you wish to return it please contact us on sales@cppsales.com. Computer Power Protection will advise the restocking charge and carriage costs. A credit will be issued against your next purchase. Custom manufactured products we regret cannot be returned. If your product is "not suitable" it must be reported within 24 hours

Computer Power Protection are only responsible for carriage in both direction of transit. Returns will only be processed when goods are in the possession of Computer Power Protection.

Only goods with a valid returns number clearly marked on the outer packaging will be accepted by us.

Goods must always be returned COMPLETE in original packaging and in the same condition as sent.
