All that is need from you is to decide on the response time that suits your business needs; and we’ll offer either a 4 hour response, 8 hour response or a next day response. We also offer additional maintenance options such as remote monitoring or load bank testing.
24 hour telephone support is provided as standard for all our customers, this dedicated hotline has been created to provide access to our highly trained engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the eventuality of a fault, we will provide a fully qualified and highly trained engineer to the site within a specified time to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
